Too many people feel like they have to act a certain way and not be themselves because other people are idiots and will judge them. I used to be like that, and it really wasn't until I was alone that I could "peel off the mask" and be myself. It was lonely.
Then I got better friends, true friends, and life didn't suck so much. And they know me more than I know myself. But I can still relate to that feeling sometimes. |
